About the role

This is a hands-on internship across the different sides of film photography at Panchrome, and that includes the quieter work that keeps it all moving: logging rolls, keeping records straight, and helping the team with whatever the day needs. Some days are chemistry and negatives. Some days are spreadsheets and desk work. Both matter, and you would do both.

This is a six month internship, full time, six days a week at our studio in Mahim, Mumbai. It is paid, and the stipend depends on what you bring to it, which we will talk about when we meet. At three months we sit down, see how it is going, and review the stipend for the second half. If it is working well on both sides at the end of the six months, we will talk about a permanent role.
